What started as an experimental side-project for us became one of the more visually compelling tools that Drive-By Prayer has been able to use to gain support and momentum. Special care was taken to give the bullet a personality and 'mission' of destruction. Using a combination of photo-realistic 3D elements, a muted color palette, and striking on-scene photos from real vigils, we were able to achieve a unique style that spoke loudly to the world.

We had a lot of freedom with the layout of the website. We knew it had to be impactful immediately, so we added shocking audio on the homepage to draw attention to the startling realities of the streets. Usability was a big issue, so we created the layout to be as intuitive as possible.

All of the promotional material used real photographs from the vigils. Using actual images from the ministry proved powerful in attracting volunteers for this cause.

The vehicle graphics for the Drive-By Prayer Vigil visually speak loudly. The ministry told us that people walk up to the van and ask for prayer constantly. We were glad that we were a part of transforming it into a reflection of hope in the community.

Healing Streams contacted us needing a brand developed for their ministry that was more like a movement than an average ministry. The Drive-By Prayer Vigil ministers primarily in urban areas so they wanted a rough, urban, and gritty feel to mirror the locations of where most of their ministry takes place: the streets. They didn't want to advertise it as merely a ministry of their local church, but a movement that anyone could be a part of. It is a ministry that helps hurting communities heal from violence.
We established a brand that could stand out on its own and that, over time would be easily recognizable within the community. Afterward, we moved from the logo into further maturation of the brand through website and apparel development. We created a fully custom website filled with sound, flash animations, downloads, statistics, and e-commerce. Our goals were simple: make the user feel a part of the movement, and keep the community abreast to the activities of the ministry.
Custom tools and web applications were created for the client to input unique data in order to track the progress of the movement and display it on the website. We created apparel that communicated strong messages as well as establish a sub-brand, namely, 'Heal the land.'
We also produced a dynamic animation and promotional video that immediately captures the attention of the viewer and tells a story of hope, destroying an ominous bullet by covering the city with the Cross of Christ.
