The bright colors and rich contrast greatly assisted readability and visibility of the home page ads, images, and text. We didn't want the apparel to have to fight for attention with the rest of the site.

Designing the contact page was really fun. We wanted the visitors to feel like they were joining the party, so we used a large font size for the username and e-mail field to emphasize the importance of their identity on the site.

The Need Sugar and Bruno, a rapidly growing dance clothing line, wanted a new website that was attractive, interactive with their visitors, full of media, and easy to manage. They really wanted to completely capture their audience and keep their website fresh with new events and announcements of new clothing lines. Solution We completely redesigned their former website, using colors and aesthetics from their clothing line to establish a fresh look. We also animated the Sugar and Bruno logo so that it would fly into the top of the web page as it loaded. We used pieces of clothes and apparel textures to make the background of the site as well as various buttons. It was important to us that the site have an active, moving feel to it, to get people involved with the Sugar and Bruno brand. We constructed the site in a way that the visitors could upload fan photos and videos in order to win contests, giveaways, and be featured on the same website as some of their favorite dancers.
